Update on My Orthodontic Experience

This is an update to the review I left previously about my treatment at this office.
In my first review, I expressed frustrations about communication and feeling rushed during visits. Those were my honest experiences at the time, and they shaped how I felt then.

Since posting that review, a few positive things have happened. Dr. Davoody extended my treatment to help ensure my smile looked its best and switched me from traditional braces to Invisalign, which I truly appreciate. Those steps made a real difference for me, and I’m grateful for the effort to improve my treatment outcome. The office staff has also continued to be kind and professional at each visit.

I still believe there’s room for improvement particularly around how patient feedback is handled and how follow-up is communicated but I also recognize the efforts that have been made on my behalf. SO THANK YOU

Overall, while my journey here has had some bumps, I’m thankful for the staff members who’ve been caring along the way and for the adjustments that helped me get closer to the smile I wanted.
